FutureX Leaders started with a simple, urgent question.

“What if leadership could be different?”

From years coaching at the highest levels, we saw the same pattern. Leaders under pressure, still expected to lead through complexity, uncertainty and constant change, with yesterday’s tools and last decade’s models. Human potential has been left untapped.

We created FutureX Leaders to change that.

To build a movement where leadership is no longer about having all the answers but about showing up with purpose, curiosity and courage.

Kate Fletcher is the founder of FutureX Leaders a leadership community reimagining what it means to lead in a world of AI, ambiguity and accelerated change. With 25+ years in executive roles, including as Commercial Director on the UK Board of a FTSE 250 company. Kate brings deep commercial insight and has coached over 500 senior leaders through high-stakes change.

A former elite hockey player and Round the World Yacht Race competitor, she blends strategic thinking with lived resilience. FutureX Leaders is her mission to build bold, human-first leaders ready for what’s next, a community where challenge, growth and transformation meet. Kate’s presence sparks clarity, courage and change in everyone she works with.

As Co-founder of Coaching Culture and author of “No More Sh*t Managers: Seven Steps to a Coaching Culture”, Jo has helped 100s of organisations move from command-and-control to a coaching-led leadership. Her signature style combines practical challenge with human connection, empowering leaders to think differently, lead with trust, and drive sustainable culture change.

At FutureX Leaders, Jo adds fuel to our mission bringing behavioural science and clarity to workshops, cohort journeys and keynotes alike. Together with Kate, they form a powerhouse duo committed to unlocking leadership potential from the inside out.

Our purpose is to rewire how leadership is developed. By growing leaders from the inside-out, giving them the space to lead with resilience, clarity and emotional intelligence.
